This is a 75-minute training delving deeply on emotional eating. The first part of the training is devoted to discuss the characteristics of emotional eating so that we can deepen our understanding of our own experience in this area. The second part is devoted to discussing additional emotional regulation strategies that we may consider as a way to manage or navigate overwhelming emotions. This second part is intended to equip you with tools and strategies so that over time you feel less of a need to rely on food as a way of coping.
