Enough Already program

Enough Already is a 12-week-group program with live calls where we take a deep look at ourselves in relationship to our emotional eating. Our curriculum will help deepen your insight and expand your awareness, which would allow you to adopt a new mindset in relationship to food. We coupled this deepened insight with teaching practical tools and strategies that will help you feel more confident in navigating triggers and cravings. You’ll also have the benefit of walking this path alongside other powerful women who are in a similar journey. Our ultimate goal is to strengthen your ability to regulate emotions without over-relying on food.

1:1 Coaching with Claudia

Let’s meet for a discovery call to discuss whether we are a good fit to work together! It is amazing what can be accomplished when two people are committed and work collaboratively to reach a common goal. I bring my expertise related to uncovering less apparent sources or root causes that are keeping your emotional eating locked in its place. We work together on ways of dealing with our emotions that do not over-rely on food. Above all, coaching with me aims to strengthen your confidence in your ability to navigate emotions, triggers, and cravings in ways that feel good to your mind, body, and soul.

I am passionate about helping women regain their power, freedom, and sense of control in their relationship with food. Giving our power away (to anything really, someONE or someTHING) will never allow us to be and experience all we are capable of in this life.

This is why I do this work.

Helping women transcend their emotional eating combines my drive to empower women reclaim their power and my fierce belief in the connection between our emotional world and physical body. Regardless of how long food has been your go-to coping mechanism, relying on food to navigate the ups and downs of life does not have to be a life sentence.
